Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years business-to-business sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and consistently expanding sales territories.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
• Strong focus on achieving set targets and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and individual dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to relay customer and dealer needs to internal departments.
• Drive market share through proactive product sales, branding, and market penetration.
• Respond to orders promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers and analyze data for growth opportunities.
