Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager to grow market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and help customers succeed across the southeastern United States. This remote role focuses on building relationships, defining sales strategies, and driving business results.

In this highly visible role you will work with our dealer network to develop and execute sales plans, deliver innovative solutions, and act as a trusted advisor using market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in B2B sales/marketing.
• Proven ability to expand and manage sales territories.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual district strategy and dealer plans.
• Collaborate with dealers to align with customer needs.
• Drive market share and product sales in territory.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings.
• Analyze sales data and guide strategic adjustments.
• Train dealers and organize district training.
