Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales of siding, cladding, and metals across distribution, national accounts, and pro-dealers within a defined territory. This is a remote role based from a home office with heavy travel.

The position emphasizes building customer relationships, delivering expert product training and support, and expanding market share through strategic pricing and proactive territory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales in the building materials industry, with siding/cladding/metals experience preferred.
• Proven ability to close accounts and develop new business.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed profitable growth and market share targets in the territory.
• Build and manage customer relationships; maintain regular contact and high-quality service.
• Provide product training, competitive pricing, and marketing/installation support for customers.
• Develop and maintain pricing expertise to ensure competitive offers.
• Maintain detailed customer data files and pricing; use technology for communication.
• Submit weekly reports on sales progress to the Regional VP Direct Sales.
• Aim to increase share of customers' spend in AM Innovations product categories.
