Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales of AM Innovations windows (Alside, Gentek) across UT, Eastern ID, and MT from a remote home office with heavy travel. You will build and manage relationships with distributors, national accounts, and dealers, delivering exceptional service and market share growth.

The role requires 5+ years in building materials sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven sales performance in building materials.
• Experience closing prospective accounts and developing new business.
• Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Willing to travel up to 70% of the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and market-share growth targets.
• Cultivate new leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service and support.
• Provide product training, competitive analysis, and marketing support.
• Maintain pricing knowledge and ensure competitive quotes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document activity.
• Utilize technology for customer contact and tracking.
