Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Western/Central Territory in the United States. The role focuses on growing regional sales, mentoring fabrication specialists, and strengthening partner relationships.

Remote with regional travel, you will guide a high-performing team and drive product adoption across a broad territory. The position requires strong sales leadership, CRM proficiency, and readiness to travel 9–11 nights per month with a compensation

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals and fuel business expansion.
• Engage Customers: Build lasting relationships with key accounts, providing technical expertise and trusted guidance.
• Support in the Field: Travel regionally to collaborate with your team, attend customer meetings, and deliver impactful product presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and territory results — using data to drive accountability.
• Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Mate: Attend trade shows, open houses, and industry events to expand Mate’s presence and influence.
