Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western/Central Territory. The role is remote with regional travel, leading a team of Fabrication Specialists and driving growth across a broad US region.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and partner with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional experiences. Minimum five years in sales/sales management, proven leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally (9–11 overnights per month).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; CAD or programming familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals and drive expansion.
• Engage key accounts with technical guidance and trusted relationships.
• Travel regionally to meet customers, present products, and mentor the team.
• Monitor territory performance, customer acquisition, and data-driven results to improve accountability.
• Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and operations to align priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Mate at trade shows, open houses, and industry events to grow presence.
