Sales Xceleration Recruiting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for plastics capital equipment with two remote territories across the Eastern and Southern U.S. The role offers a base salary range of $100K-$125K plus uncapped earning potential.

You will hunt for new business while nurturing established accounts, selling equipment including extrusion dies, filtration systems, screen changers, melt pumps and pelletizers. You’ll collaborate with a technical team to tailor solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of sales experience in capital equipment.
• Experience selling plastics extrusion or processing machinery.
• Proven track record developing new accounts and exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable navigating a regional, remote sales territory.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business growth while expanding relationships with established customers (approx. 60% hunting / 40% account growth).
• Sell engineered plastics capital equipment to manufacturers, processors and OEMs.
• Represent extrusion dies, filtration, screen changers, melt pumps and pelletizing equipment.
• Develop relationships with plant managers, engineers and operations leaders.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and sales teams to deliver solutions.
