RevOps Careers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeastern United States for a portfolio of medical-grade polymer compounds and distribution solutions. You will engage with medical device OEMs, contract manufacturers, engineers, and procurement leaders to identify opportunities and grow revenue.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of successful sales experience serving the medical device industry.
• Proven track record selling polymer compounds, engineered materials, resins, or related solutions.
• Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, applications, and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share across a defined Northeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers and target prospects.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, and executive leadership functions.
• Identify, qualify, and lead new business opportunities from initial engagement through commercialization.
• Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline and focus on high-value projects that deliver significant business impact.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, customer service, and supply chain teams to help customers achieve successful outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on material selection, application development, and supply solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, forecasts, opportunities, and customer engagement plans.
• Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to help guide business strategy and growth initiatives.
