Job summary

Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast US (MA, ME, VT, NH, RI, CT, NY). You will lead the sales region, drive revenue growth, and develop multi-channel market strategies with a focus on Discovery Reagents.

You will manage a team, build account plans, and collaborate across product management to align on product enhancements. Travel up to 30% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Five years of field sales experience.
• 2-5 years in prior sales roles or related functions such as Field Applications, Project/Product management, Marketing, or other Life Science roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive profitable business growth for your sales region.
• Develop a regional business plan that supports overall goals for the Reagents team within Life Sciences.
• Develop market strategy involving multi-channel and key accounts.
• Conduct regular business and territory reviews with team members.
• Support team activities to increase awareness of product initiatives.
• Participate in tradeshows/exhibitions/conferences.
• Build long-term account strategies to grow Discovery Reagents portfolios.
• Coordinate with Product Management to identify and communicate product enhancements.
• Work with other sales teams and business functions to promote Revvity's solutions.
• Develop business plans to support growth across digital platforms and future execution.
