Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role and manage time effectively.
• Experience selling to hotels or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within the designated territory.
• Develop territory and account plans for independent hotels and smaller groups.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM.
• Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
• Work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision.
