Job summary

Uniguest Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Hotels & Hospitality market. This fully remote role focuses on growing revenue by acquiring new business and expanding relationships with independent hotels and small-to-mid-sized hotel groups.

Onboarding may be completed remotely or in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will prospect, build pipeline, and close deals, leveraging consultative selling and strong communication skills to manage the full sales cycle and maintain

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, technology, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Experience selling software solutions to hotels or hospitality is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on independent hotels and smaller hospitality groups.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and CRM updates.
• Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
• Work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision.
