Job summary

UPM Graphics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the team in the East Region of the United States. You will build and nurture distributor relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver tailored solutions for wide-format print providers and related markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
At least five years of experience in sales, account management, or distributor channel management within graphics, signage, or specialty materials.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% in the East US region.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and sales teams, aligning goals with UPM Graphics objectives.
Drive product adoption and growth through targeted prospecting and tailored solutions for wide-format print providers.
Deliver training and onboarding to empower distributors and customers for long-term success.
Monitor performance using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting; co-create promotions and growth strategies.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to unlock market opportunities.
