Job summary

UPM Graphics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the East Region of the United States, based in the Mills River area of North Carolina. This role focuses on building distributor partnerships, driving growth, and delivering solutions to wide-format print providers.

A background in graphics or specialty materials with distributor management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), strong negotiation and presentation skills, proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
5+ years in sales/account management within graphics, signage, or specialty materials.
Experience managing distributor relationships and driving regional growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Effective communication and engaging presentations.
Organized and time-efficient work style.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce or similar).
Travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture partnerships with distributors and sales teams, aligning shared goals with UPM Graphics objectives.
Drive product adoption and sustainable growth through collaborative sales calls and tailored solutions for wide-format providers.
Deliver training and ongoing support to empower distributors and customers for long-term success.
Monitor performance, manage pipeline, and co-create promotions with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with leadership to share insights and implement regional strategies.
