Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a fully remote Regional Sales Manager for Electrical Cable and Wire with a base salary up to $140,000 plus uncapped commission. This role targets growth across the territory via strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, expanding dealer and contractor networks, and driving product adoption while staying current on industry codes and AHJ requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profit goals for the building wire product line.
• Develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan for the territory, including market analysis and regional distribution strategies.
• Identify and convert residential electrical contractor accounts to building wire products.
• Increase brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth among targeted contractors.
• Prospect new accounts and strengthen existing relationships to drive revenue and EBITDA impact.
• Map inspector communities and AHJs to address product restrictions with internal teams.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events to educate the market.
• Build relationships with distribution partners and support stocking programs.
