Job summary

Metrologic DCS US, part of the Sandvik family, seeks a dynamic Software Salesperson to drive growth of our 3D metrology software solutions across industries in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing,while collaborating with engineering, support, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

The role offers a flexible hybrid/remote work environment, competitive base salary with commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through outreach and relationships.
• Solution Selling: Present Metrologic’s 3D measurement software to clients, showing quality improvements.
• Sales Cycle Management: From initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, support, and marketing to tailor solutions.
