Job summary

Metrologic DCS US, part of the Sandvik family, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth of our 3D metrology software solutions across automotive, aerospace, medical, and manufacturing sectors. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with engineering, support, and marketing to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: pursue new opportunities through outreach and relationships.
• Solution Selling: present and sell Metrologic’s 3D metrology software solutions.
• Sales Cycle Management: manage from initial contact to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Client Relationship Management: build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, support, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Sales Reporting: use Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and forecast.
