The role offers a hybrid/remote work environment, with a focus on building relationships with key decision-makers and leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in B2B software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with metrology or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, business development, and relationship building.
• Present and sell metrology software solutions; demonstrate ROI.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
