Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success managing a field sales team across multiple territories with hiring, coaching, and performance management responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce); ability to learn and use company sales and ordering tools.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Territory Sales Managers.
• Enhance prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing skills; address performance gaps with clear expectations.
• Translate regional goals into territory and account plans with defined priorities, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Grow sales with existing applicators and develop new opportunities to support regional growth.
• Partner with applicators to convert builder demand into product sales and communicate PebbleTec’s value beyond price.
• Maintain disciplined Salesforce use and pipeline reviews; ensure current records, qualified opportunities, next steps, and realistic close dates.
• Collaborate with operations, production, customer service, and product teams to address availability and service concerns.
