Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities and ability to convey ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage all Sales Representatives for campaigns and goal achievement.
• Build out and maintain territory plans with top targets/accounts and sales strategies.
• Maintain CRM to track adoptions, forecast, and customer needs.
• Mentor and support team members; travel to engage with customers.
• Collaborate with Director, Sales to set territories, quotas, and benchmarks.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with region and leadership.
