Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT seeks a Regional Agronomy Manager to drive sales across Northwest Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota from a home office. You will build relationships with growers and retailers, develop sales plans, and promote plant nutrition products.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in agricultural sales or agronomy, strong crop knowledge, and proven ability to grow business while working independently. Travel and field visits are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in agricultural sales and/or agronomy.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and plant nutrition.
• Proven ability to grow new business and meet sales goals.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work from a home office.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales of value-added seed, soil, and crop plant nutrition products in the territory.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Grow and maintain existing customer accounts and build relationships with retailers.
• Provide product education and support to growers and retailers.
• Present sales proposals and negotiate opportunities.
• Travel 30-40% with some evenings/weekends.
