Job summary

Pregis seeks a Regional Sales Manager – Eastern US & Canada to lead the PF&C sales team in growing existing business and driving new revenue. You will report to the VP of Sales PF&C and manage a four-person team with potential to grow.

Travel about 50% across the upper Midwest, Great Lakes, Eastern US, Canada, South Central and Atlantic regions. The role emphasizes coaching, strategy development, and close collaboration with commercial leadership to optimize pricing, channels, and product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of direct reports.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with MS Office, CRM, phone and tablet applications.
• Firm understanding of costing, pricing and negotiating.
• Strong understanding of distribution, converter and direct sales channels.
• Knowledge of protective films packaging materials and applications.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams (customer service, operations, supply chain, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and motivate top sales talent to ensure the highest levels of service and performance.
• Develop team members through feedback, coaching, training and motivation.
• Perform regular joint sales calls and work with strategic accounts to build relationships.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies with leadership to meet targets.
• Identify high-impact projects that generate new revenue streams.
• Collaborate to articulate and sell value proposition of new products.
• Lead regional business team meetings and coordinate with operations, service and finance.
• Contribute to training programs and ensure execution of methodologies.
