Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US and Canada, remote in-region. You will lead a growing PF&C sales team, drive retention and new business, and partner with VP of Sales to execute strategic plans across key accounts and distributors.

You will recruit, coach, and manage four direct reports, with potential team growth as revenue targets scale. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience with direct reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent skills in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
• Lead a regional team to grow existing business and win new opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with VP and cross-functional partners.
• Drive regional performance against KPIs and AOP targets.
• Travel approximately 50% to manage strategic accounts and partners.
