Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Regional Automated Solutions Manager - Northwest to drive profitable growth, customer retention, and equipment utilization across the Northwest Region. This role blends sales leadership with technical solutions expertise to identify operational challenges and deliver value through integrated packaging solutions, including equipment, automation, and consumables.

Qualifications

Ability to develop opportunity pipelines and close complex sales opportunities.
Demonstrated success selling capital equipment, consumables, and solution-based offerings.
Experience managing distributor, end-user, vendor, and strategic partner relationships.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual sales objectives for machinery, automation, and consumables in the Northwest.
Develop and execute territory growth strategy focused on acquisition and retention.
Lead solution-based selling and ROI analyses to create value for customers.
Coordinate installation activities with Operations, Service, Engineering and Product Management.
Travel up to 50% to support customers across the region.
