Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in packaging or industrial products.
• Proven success in solution selling to end users or distributors.
• Strong analytical, financial, and technical acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and elevate customer experience across the West Region.
• Lead solution selling of equipment, automation, and consumables.
• Collaborate with Service, Ops, and Engineering on installs and quotes.
• Develop and support Account Managers in strategic execution.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline and CRM activity.
