Job summary

Pregis Corporation is seeking a Systems Solutions Manager for the West Region to drive sales performance and elevate customer experience across multiple locations. You will lead solution selling of equipment, automation, and consumables, coordinating with service, operations, and engineering teams to deliver compelling ROI for customers.

Travel up to 50% is expected, with a focus on growing strategic accounts and expanding market presence in the Northwest and broader West Region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
Sales and marketing experience in protective packaging or other industrial/distributor product lines.
Experience managing customer (distributor and end user), broker, and vendor relationships.
Ability to frequently travel by plane or company provided car.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and utilize technical and financial data.
Strong computer skills for effective analysis, presentation and communication.

Responsibilities

Establish sales development strategy and identify new customers in territory.
Build relationships and prioritize retention/growth with channel partners and end users.
Coordinate product management, production teams and other resources to maximize customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed assigned sales budget (AOP) for consumables and machinery.
Articulate value proposition and differentiate through the sales cycle.
Prospect new business and close deals in territory.
Coordinate with operations, service and engineering for quotes and installs.
