Mineralys Therapeutics is a fully remote biopharma company launching its first commercial product in the US. The Regional Sales Director will translate national strategy into regional execution, building and leading a team of 8–12 territory managers across Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN, and driving market uptake.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, 3+ years of leadership, and prior launch experience in cardiovascular or related specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district / regional manager role.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch / startup biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals and market share targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support launch readiness.
• Maintain forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting discipline.
