Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive launch success and regional growth. The RSD will translate national strategy into regional plans, lead a team of 8–12 territory managers, and build relationships with healthcare providers and health systems across Atlanta, Athens, Chattanooga, and Asheville.

This role requires strong business acumen, prior biotech launch experience, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
3+ years of people leadership in a district/regional role.
Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% within region.

Responsibilities

Lead regional launch planning and execution activities to ensure market entry and uptake.
Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans.
Lead team to achieve or exceed sales goals, market share targets, and KPIs.
Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy.
Drive accountability for performance through data-driven decision making.
