Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product across the Atlanta, Athens, Chattanooga, and Asheville region.

This remote, US-based role leads a team of 8–12 territory managers, partners with cross-functional teams, and travels up to 60% to ensure market access and patient impact while upholding company values and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years in district/regional people leadership.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension or related specialty markets preferred.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure successful market entry and sustained product uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Lead team to achieve or exceed sales goals, market share targets, and key performance metrics at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy in real time.
• Drive accountability for performance through data-driven decision making and disciplined execution.
