Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional launch activities for the company’s first commercial product. You will build and guide a team of 8–12 territory managers, translate national strategy to local execution, and drive performance with data-informed decisions.

The role requires strong field leadership, launch experience, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a regional role.
• Launch experience in biotech or pharma is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional plans and field priorities.
• Lead a team of 8–12 territory managers and coach performance.
• Develop relationships with key healthcare providers and IDNs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR.
