Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product within a assigned US region.

You will translate nationwide strategy into regional execution, lead a team of territory managers, and build strong customer relationships with health systems and strategic accounts. The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with proven launch and leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales with launch experience.
Proven leadership of a field-based sales team.

Responsabilidades

Lead regional launch planning and execution to drive market entry.
Translate national strategy into regional plans and priorities.
Achieve sales goals, market share targets and KPIs at launch and beyond.
Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategy in real time.
Drive data-informed decisions and disciplined execution.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor 8–12 territory managers.
