Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in the United States to drive regional revenue growth, lead Account Managers, and strengthen relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders. You will own forecasts, develop business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, market analysis, and a strong focus on patient outcomes, with travel to regional accounts and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational and managerial skills.
• Solid business acumen, with financial and commercial understanding.
• Able to effectively communicate both internally and externally verbally and in writing.
• Experience in medical device sales leadership and knowledge of peripheral vascular space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
