AMETEK IntelliPower seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States to drive growth across military and commercial programs. This remote role focuses on developing key accounts, forecasting orders, and expanding sales channels in the region.

You will lead with strategic planning, partner management, and customer engagement, while collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and operations to shape future offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant technical degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a regional sales manager with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and database applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales strategies and objectives for the Western US region to achieve market share growth and maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure channel partners/distributors focus aligns with strategic objectives and provide factory support as needed.
• Provide regular funnel/forecast updates and adapt sales/marketing strategies accordingly.
• Maintain weekly CRM data for partners and customers and keep it up to date.
• Educate local sales teams on AMETEK IntelliPower products and provide objections handling guidance.
• Engage with key customers to build strategic relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to influence new product direction.
