Qualifications

• Ability to train and motivate a sales force and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop an intimate understanding of the region and customers; create and execute annual growth plans.
• Forecast monthly targets and profit margins with leadership; achieve them.
• Cultivate relationships with wholesalers and contractors to grow business and loyalty.
• Oversee regional rep team's performance with monthly funnel reviews.
• Provide product training, installation support, and issue analysis to enable regional success.
