Job summary

RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants for professional trades, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Plumbing market in the Eastern United States. This remote role requires strong relationship-building with distributors, contractors, and manufacturers' representatives to drive growth across the territory.

In this position you will execute outside sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales management experience.
• Experience selling through Plumbing wholesale distribution channels.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region.
• Must reside in the Eastern half of the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market penetration in the Plumbing market for the Eastern US.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representatives.
• Present product features, pricing and service offerings to customers.
• Represent RectorSeal at industry events and manage weekly to annual performance reporting.
