Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and related activities across the US region. You will deploy the Go-To-Market and marketing strategy, drive channel partnerships, and build demand for core gas-detection products.

A strong track record in sales, deep gas industry knowledge, and ability to travel up to 50% are essential. Must have five+ years in gas detection or related fields, MBA or equivalent, and a solid understanding of sales, marketing and CRM

Formación

• Two plus years selling experience, preferably in a technical sales environment.
• A thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and support processes and environment.
• Essential: High level of commercial awareness and proven track record of success.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of US markets.
• Five plus years’ experience in gas detection or a related industry.
• Experience developing others to be successful in a sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out necessary Sales activities to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations, including, but not limited to, Sales Quota and Regional profitability.
• Be responsible for deploying the company’s Go-To-Market and Marketing strategy in the region, including the effective launch of new products, services and Value Propositions.
• Create demand for new business opportunities and manage all requisite data within a CRM.
• Provide tactical and strategic technical advice to develop the business within specific market segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realised.
• Travel to support customers and sales-related enquiries.
