JCB is seeking a field sales leader to drive retail sales penetration across Minnesota, Wisconsin and parts of Iowa. The role focuses on growing market share for JCB products, training dealer staff, and executing promotional programs.

Travel within territory is required; remote work supported with periodic visits to dealers and customers. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with regional marketing teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate, train and assist dealer sales staff to improve product knowledge.
• Communicate promotional programs clearly and effectively.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate support to customers.
• Maintain inventory levels and display primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Analyze market data and update regional teams to maximize sales.
