JCB North America is seeking a high-impact Sales Leader to grow heavyline product sales across the North American market. This role requires strategic thinking, dealer-network leadership, and a track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets.

Remote with heavy travel in western U.S. (up to 90%), you will shape the territory plan, collaborate with distributors, and drive profitability for large wheel loaders, excavators and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading field sales teams with a product vision.
• Ability to present product features to diverse audiences.
• Experience forecasting trends and meeting sales targets.
• Skilled at building relationships with dealers and ensuring integrity.
• Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the North America heavyline sales strategy.
• Lead the sales growth of Heavyline products (Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, Hydradig/Pothole Pro).
• Manage factory build allocations to maximize dealer retail opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate strategic dealer relationships.
• Forecast and report territory sales activities to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JCB products to support sales.
• Support 5-year growth goals and perform other duties as assigned.
