Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive retail sales penetration and market share in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, and portions of Iowa region. The role requires remote work with travel to dealer sites and end-use customers across the territory.

The candidate will train dealer staff on JCB products, coordinate promotional programs, and close retail transactions while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer salesmen to ensure knowledge of JCB products.
• Communicate promotional programs clearly.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support to customers.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Communicate status of products and competitive strategies with Product Marketing Managers.
• Achieve target levels of retail sales.
• Maximize effectiveness and return from regional funds to grow retail sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies and procedures and competitors’ programs.
• Identify and develop new markets and applications for JCB products.
• Support dealer sales plans through visits to dealer locations and end-use customers.
• Maintain good working relationships with dealer personnel and end users.
• Complete sales, product or operational projects providing data as required.
• Coordinate with service and parts to support products.
• Deliver regional business performance and development with colleagues.
• Attend regional meetings and provide recommendations to maximize business.
