Job summary

JCB North America seeks a Regional Dealer Network Growth Manager to expand our presence in Agriculture and Construction markets. You will identify gaps, recruit and onboard dealers, and drive performance with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the U.S., you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, manage onboarding, and monitor KPIs while traveling up to 50% within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in dealer development or distribution in heavy equipment or related industry.
• Experience with dealer networks (AG or CE) desired.
• Able to travel up to 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and develop regional dealer growth plans.
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new dealer partners.
• Drive dealer performance with KPIs and improvement plans.
• Translate national strategy to regional execution with leadership input.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Maintain strong relationships; conduct regular dealer reviews.
