Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a field-based Sales professional to drive retail sales penetration across Texas and Arkansas. The role involves remote work with travel up to 70% to dealer sites and end users, focusing on expanding market share for JCB products.

You will train dealer staff, execute promotional programs, and coordinate with Product Marketing to maximize regional performance. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or marketing are required; prefer 5+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in related industry.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer sales staff to ensure product knowledge.
• Communicate promotional programs to dealer network.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate support to customers.
• Maintain inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Engage with regional teams to drive retail sales and growth.
