Job summary

Ladders is seeking an ABDG Regional Sales Director - AFG to lead regional sales growth in the Finance & Insurance space. You will drive advisor partnerships, coach field teams, and execute growth plans to expand assets under management following a transition.

Location: Remote in the United States for US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $114,500 to $157,400 annually, with performance bonuses and full benefits. The role requires travel and FINRA/SE license readiness within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in client meetings and case analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and solutions.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate advisors and field staff.
• FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-transition revenue growth and asset accumulation for advisors
• Partner with advisors to create and implement 12-month growth plans
• Monitor advisor progress against production benchmarks and growth targets
• Identify opportunities for client acquisition and relationship deepening
• Conduct comprehensive book-of-business reviews to uncover growth opportunities
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and structured growth planning sessions
• Lead advisor participation in ramp-up programs and related initiatives
