Job summary

Ameriprise Financial, a diversified financial services leader, seeks an EAR Ramp Up Regional Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth for advisors transitioning books of business. You will coach, analyze, and plan to drive GDC and AUM, while ensuring sustainable client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.

The role emphasizes structured coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with field leaders, Wealth Management, and product specialists to optimize growth across the advisor

• Sales experience and coaching skills to teach advisors while driving results.
• Leadership shown in motivating advisors, leaders, and field staff to hit territory goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-transition revenue growth, GDC production, and asset accumulation for EAR advisors.
• Conduct book-of-business reviews to identify opportunities like asset growth, client acquisition and retention.
• Provide one-on-one coaching, growth planning, and scalable process development for advisors.
• Lead EAR Ramp Up program participation and align coaching with field leaders and partners.
• Collaborate with Field Partners and product specialists to identify growth opportunities and conduct regular reviews.
