Job summary

Threadneedle group is seeking an ABDG Regional Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth for experienced advisors transitioning to Ameriprise through the EAR program. You will coach, analyze book-of-business, and drive GDC growth while collaborating with field leaders and product specialists.

The role emphasizes post-transition growth, new asset gathering, and scalable processes, with a preferred location in the Minneapolis area and remote work options available in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR (S65 or S66) ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-transition revenue growth, GDC production, and asset accumulation.
• Partner with advisors to establish and execute 12-month growth plans.
• Monitor advisor progress against production benchmarks and growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition and wallet share.
• Coach advisors to utilize Ameriprise resources and growth programs.
• Lead advisor participation in the EAR Ramp Up program and collaborate with field leaders.
• Coordinate coaching strategies with field partners and product specialists.
• Track performance with scorecards and business reviews.
