Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. seeks a Regional Manager (field wholesaler) to lead the US Retail sales team covering Independent Broker Dealers and Bank Advisors in NC/SC. The role focuses on growing sales of AB products, building advisor relationships, and servicing existing AB clients.

You will interact with financial advisors, manage a sales region with growth and budget responsibilities, and mentor junior staff while working largely independently in a remote/offsite capacity within the NC territory.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience growing sales with financial advisors.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

• Generating sales and building long-lasting relationships with top financial advisors.
• Running a sales region that experiences sales growth, while maintaining a budget and high level of sales activity.
