Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to support independent sales Agents. The RSD will embody a servant-leader mindset, ensure effective communication between agents and the internal team, and help Agents achieve their financial goals. The role is remote with occasional travel required. Key qualifications include 5+ years in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the payments industry. A base salary of $100K plus additional compensation will be offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Leadership supporting sales teams, Agents, or ISOs.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the agent to the internal team.
• Join sales calls with Agents and assist in closing deals.
• Proactively check in with Agents, offering insights.
• Excel in trade show environments, representing PayCompass.
