Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and regulatory programs across CO, UT, NV, NM and AZ. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to support operations and adherence to OSHA, EPA and DOT standards.

Strong communication, training, and project management skills are essential. Ideal candidates will reside in CO or UT, hold a Bachelor’s degree with CSP/ASP/CHST preferred, and bring 5+ years of safety leadership in construction or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred.
• OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS efforts to promote safe, compliant practices.
• Identify and implement safety standards and training programs.
• Audit facilities and field operations for safety compliance.
• Investigate injuries, perform root-cause analyses, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory reporting within the region.
