QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across CO, UT, NM, NV and AZ. You will champion proactive practices and strive for zero incidents while coordinating with field teams and management.

The role requires strong communication, training expertise, and a background in construction or manufacturing safety. Remote work is supported within the multi-state territory, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or highly preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications desired.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing environments is essential.
• Strong communication, training, and incident investigation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs to promote safe, compliant practices across multi-state operations.
• Develop and deliver safety trainings related to occupational injuries in construction/manufacturing.
• Audit facilities and field operations; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
