Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead retirement plan sales in the assigned territory, focusing on 401k/403b solutions and cross-selling products. This role requires strong relationship building, strategic prospecting, and travel for in-person meetings with plan sponsors.

You will join a energetic sales team, report to the Regional VP, and enjoy a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package. Hybrid remote work allowed.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years outside B2B sales in territory management.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k/403b).
• Proven outbound cold-calling ability and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and independent strategic thinking.
• Excellent relationship building and CRM interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large sales territory to uncover new business.
• Meet with plan sponsors of 401k/403b retirement plans via multiple strategies.
• Cross-sell solutions within the territory and exceed goals.
• Attend client review meetings with CRM for top clients to secure referrals.
