Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Project Manager for a remote role supporting the Central Region, with preference for candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton facility. You will manage major electrical and mechanical project orders for high-rise, hospital, education, data center, and industrial sectors and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes project order management, process improvements, and collaboration with customers to meet schedules and quality standards, with travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio to be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to their project orders.
• Assess and apply in depth knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients in one or more specialty areas, requiring technical application.
• Upgrade existing processes, deploy new initiatives, and recommend new solutions based on analysis and customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with applicable processes and procedures to achieve business goals.
• Proactively use competitive information to leverage advantages of Eaton Corporation.
• Negotiate internally for resources and priorities needed for customers.
• Improve financial position for Eaton and the customer.
