Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division seeks a Regional Project Manager for a remote role supporting the Central Region (MN, IA, MO, IL, WI, MI, IN, KS, OH). Preference for candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton facility to aid collaboration.

You will manage major electrical and mechanical project orders, focusing on High Rise, Hospital, University, Commercial Construction, Data Center, Utility, and Industrial projects. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related plans.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to their project orders.
• Assess and apply in depth knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients in one or more specialty areas.
• Upgrade existing processes, deploy new initiatives, and recommend new solutions based on analysis and customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with applicable processes and procedures to achieve business goals.
• Proactively use competitive information to leverage advantages of Eaton Corporation.
• Negotiate internally for resources and priorities needed for customers.
• Improve financial position for Eaton and the customer.
